Mark A. Earhart, M.D.
Dr. Earhart has strong ties to Texas, where his family settled after his father's military retirement. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, and went on to receive his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. He completed his Family Practice Residency at UTMB and is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Earhart is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
He is married and has two sons. In his leisure time, Dr. Earhart enjoys photography, playing golf, and diving into a good book.
Carrie Prowell Pixley, PA-C
Carrie hails from Newnan, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of West Georgia and completed her medical training at Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. Carrie is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCPA) and is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.
Married with two sons, Carrie shares her home with two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, visiting the beach, and spending quality time with friends.
Leigh Anne Landers, FNP-C
Leigh Anne was born in Athens, Georgia, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia. With 19 years of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked extensively in critical care and neurology. She later attended the University of North Georgia, becoming an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Family Practice, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She joined the practice in July 2017.
In addition to her professional work, Leigh Anne is actively involved in various service organizations and dedicates much of her time to volunteering. She has two grown children and enjoys relaxing at home with a good book and her cats.
Nathan Szakal, PA-C
Nathan hails from Warner Robins, GA, a vibrant Air Force town. He pursued his passion for nutrition at the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics with a minor in Nutritional Sciences. Following that, he trained as a Physician Assistant at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN, and is now NCCPA Certified. His background uniquely blends nutrition and medical expertise.
